I hate days like this. Days like this make that distance seem so far. I’m tired and sick and lonely and I just want a hug. And he was at work and school all day and he’ll be out all night. I know the distance is “temporary” in terms of our relationship, but it’s a long time to be away from your best friend and surrounded by people who don’t really understand...

I randomly visited Bj’s Tumblr today and saw that someone asked him a question about being in a relationship with a marine. I get so many questions similar to that, and his one answer was so much better than all of mine.
